Practice Team



The Directors lead a committed and enthusiastic practice team of Architects, Building and Quantity Surveyors, CDM Coordinators, and other professionals to provide the necessary blend of experience, backed up by an administration department headed by a Practice Manager.

We consider it of utmost importance that all members of staff are given every opportunity to fully develop their skills and potential. A staff appraisal system ensures that everyone has the chance to plan and monitor their personal development to reach their objectives.  Day Cummins Ltd always encourages and finances all personnel to seek further professional and technical qualification, including membership of relevant institutions: Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA), Architects Registration Board (ARB), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (CIAT), Associaton for Project Safety (APS)

Day Cummins also promote a managed Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme, producing regular attendance at presentations planned to widen understanding of complimentary skills.
