The buildings did have approval for conversion to seven dwellings but this has lapsed. The buildings made of sandstone with tower are set within it's own courtyard.
Work continues within Cockermouth Town Centre, with Day Cummins actively involved in the redesigning new shop fronts as part of a collaboration with Allerdale Borough Council and local shop owners. Schemes include Tiffens, Westnidges and Cleelands.
