Appleby Institute

Conversion of the former Appleby Institute to residential use, comprising one 3-bed dwelling and two 2-bed dwellings. The characterful building, constructed from local red sandstone, is sympathetically adapted to its new function with careful attention paid to joinery detailing and stonework reinstatement, enabling comfortable modern living within a restored historic shell.
